9,272 @ 5.5c ($510)_____________4,998 @ 5.7c ($285)
Next best prices are;
4.5c / 7.9c
That's a bid-offer spread of 43%.
If this company is such a good prospect, where are the directors buying orders? Or are they allowing the price to go down, to award more shares to themselves at an even lower price? Would that constitute something equivalent of theft?
What a disgrace. The buck stops somewhere, but no-one wants to take any responsibility for anything at this company.
Should our board resign and be replaced with at least 50% independents with SUCCESSFUL industry experience and with an independent chair, as ASIC Good Governance Principles suggest? Or does the magical NuSep prism allow for direct violation of these principles to shareholders' detriment?
PS: I don't really expect anything to change at NuSep until it is all over (99% chance) and we have dusted our investment, of which I have already dusted 99%.
