FAS are carrying large levels of debt and borrowings and they need to see GWR to FLY !!
Why GWR?
Huge Resource potential. Aeromagnetics unseen? deposit drilling still at depth? Units D & E are yet to be touched.
No broker coverage
No direct margin lending (apart from ANZ portfolio ML only)
No new posters (the masses) commenting on the stock yet.
Takeover value of approximately $2 per tonne of DSO. Bear in mind Midwest Corp was taken over at $5 per tonne of DSO - this was at the peak of the market.
Running some numbers here based on varying possible DSO deposit size.
1BT = $2B mkt cap = $11.70 per share
500MT = $1B mkt cap = $5.84 per share
200MT = $400m mkt cap = $2.33 per share
