if I were a big fish then I would weigh up the following in light of the fact the resource is locked away for another ~3 years while the railway is built:
- will the demand be there ? LOOKS THAT WAY - is there a resource there ? JORC COMPLIANT 143mil Tonnes - is that the total resource ? NO - MORE BLOCKS TO DRILL - is the resource pure ? THE PURIST !!!
based on that I would check the play book and think :
"why wait 3 years - then once the railway is built overnight the price will double if not more" OR "lets make a move now at these bargin prices while there is still risk factored into the price"
risk = reward ... I reckon one of the big fish is going to roll the dice and see how much of this little gem they can get now while everyone is still worried about transport ... if they can get control for say $2 \ $2.50 a share its the deal of the century !
