I like to see the pain being shared and directors with skin in the game ....
not a lot of pain involved for layman when the SP tanked before the raise.
not a lot of pain for kerr when the SP tanked before the raise (is he even a director right now or not? what I mean by that is there any company money (or in kind) being spent on him right now?) No idea if he bought in the SPP but he had ZERO shares prior ......
Was the SPP at a good price for shareholders? - well dunbar and macdonald did not/could not find $15K to fully participate (with drill samples on the table). layman could not even find one cent to participate. as for kerr?, not sure if there was no SPP announcement for him because he did not buy any, or no announcement cos he may not be currently regarded as a legal director?
