- registered users - paying customers - and these numbers based compositionally by country or region. Staged profile.

This is strategy 101.
Then one could manage any emerging gaps in execution. Any deviation to the profile build of users by country might be well reasoned
there is no doubt ESH have drafted a blueprint profile strategy to this effect. Have you seen it? I haven’t it. So it’s a belief on my part only. Formed given Australia was never in the original rhetoric. And let’s be serious, “expansion” is a ham fisted concept unless you can articulate per my points above. Let’s get a base first. And articulate targets more precisely for investors rather than keeping them more loose and ambiguousl which I appreciate provides management with more wriggle room.

But when you are a marginal company with scarce resources and few staff, you physically can’t be everywhere at once. Resource allocation and clear thinking can make or break a company. I’m not convinced that this is anything strategic, more so anyone can strategically retrofit agenda and reasoning
