Absolutely agree. 

I'd imagine, burnout will be very high for such an isolated profession. 
Sure, you can join teams, but since most teams are bunch of randoms, the lack of physical contact will get to you after awhile.
It is very very important to promote self well being at the start. 

I hope they have infrastructure in place that doesn't have tournaments for same/similar games on the same day and allows for decent breaks.  If they can create a bonding environment, that'd be a plus - i.e. gamers who share the same language/region/location/gender/age etc will all help.
