I'm sure they are across ASIC RG217 and the auditor will note KGD going concern WRT outstanding loan $500k of which $300+k has been drawn down and repayment due date twice rolled over. Third rollover imminent.
@backet big start to week happened, but what will happen now with all the apparent buyers at 1.1c and who knows who or what at 1.4c. An interesting week ahead. Who is going to give me 10?
