    4 million shares to go if 6% shareholder hadn't sold as reported. 

    If they had sold then a Top 20 update would be prozac for retail plebes. 

    In the meantime this is a champagne share at beer prices.  At least $10 mil required in next month plus $90 mil more capex before Nov.  Some of the top 20 are out the door.  Who is in?
