But it was done as a block trade. Some one made a price for the 130 million.. Since the the price has been very very offered. The seller still lurks. eg
Here is the comsec site and here is IG's DMA taken at exactly the same time. There is no 1.9 offer in Comsec or same offer at 1.8 cents.
Re the substantial holding notice. If someone did a block trade, like a broker and held less than 5%.. 100 million shares no notice needed. Then he offers them out as has been done since the Pacific road trade.
