The drop in IO prices must be very concerning for the
small/high COP exporters.
Perhaps w wharfie strike in WA could ginger-up the price a bit?
But I suppose capitalists and wharfs are not great friends.
A few weeks wharfie's wages in Port Headland would quickly deplete
China's stockpile and add a quick $15/ton to the FOB price.
