I Do think that if people actually call them up and just say - it is a bit pathetic from our biggest bank to not be able to make simple adjustments to the site - it is not a major change - I just call it lazy - should be a very easy fix -
Especially when they are charging close to $100 per month to use the platform - I am just out of steam for that stuff after the move from etrade - bit out of puff - alternatively Tweeting to their support is a good way to motivate them via public complaining LOL - they always answer me quickly when there is an outage - they don't like bad press - so maybe that is a good option - I will tweet something over the weekend-
