The run-up to over $1.60 on Friday 27th and Monday 30th July was IMO when the rumour that the August 6th SRMA approvals were going to include overseas companies. When it was only for Chinese companies the share price has been sold off ever since.
If SRMA approval is not until the beginning of October then I'd expect we may still be a couple of weeks away from the run-up.

Impossible for 2nd Oct as it is still part of 7 day public holiday in China to celebrate National Day which is Oct 1st.

Just patiently hold or double down before SAMR.
