FWIW: I think the SP will continue to drift lower until the next solid news announcement. This will probably either be the quarterly (4C report) at the end of this month, or confirmation of CFDA approval/rejection. However, the latter is likely to take longer than the rest of this month, so the next major news milestone will likely be the 4C. I therefore plan to "sit on the sidelines" for a few more weeks, and enter following the 4C if the news is good.
