I think the answer is berried on the bidder statement page 82 > 83 ...seems to me you have to wait 21 days from the close date if the deal is done ...or you have to wait 1 mth from the date you forward you acceptence via pre piad envolope...
WGR price is only just back to the levels it was on the date of the bidder statement
