One can only hope and keep ones fingers crossed !  Trouble is that the NTA is way below my average buy price.   But if ALF is included and we get the opportunity to exit at NTA, the I will be like the Russian Countess, Ima Pissanoff !

Methinks, unlisted or listed...... who the hell is going to take up the new units with the performance history they have demonstrated over the last 3 years.   If they couldn’t make money then, then when the hell could they ?
