    All the granted licenses in the World dont mean anything when IGS has not provided for an extension to the 90 day DD period ! Nor has the funds to complete the transaction !! I cant see SH providing the A$1 m required based on the performance of the Directors and this company to date !

    I dont see CFE contributing as a SH of IGS either as it is on its way out !!

    The only rescue i see is that IGS sells Latin Gold 100% for +USD$3 million and then use these funds to move forward and develop the Pot Story / Focus !

    Interesting enough now that WG has the licenses and effectively IGS is in default of the 90 day DD with no information from IGS that WG has placed them in default or extended the DD period - will WG cancel the deal and move on with other interested parties ??

    This has the potential to be another IGS flop !!
