RedCactus, I agree that TAS is being upfront and clear about their relationship with EDE.
Those that think TAS are trying to beat up their shares by offering this situational clarity are being too suspicious. I see today that the market has marked the TAS sp as being below half the value of their own holding in EDE. This is clearly incongruous IMHO! and please - not another lecture from 'nursery'.
