I can't see TAS moving to a asset backed value until EDE has been proven to be a successful player in the industry, with constant, consistent commercial/domestic orders.
I can't see EDE moving to much higher until the start of next year either, mainly because they just don't currently have the product producing capabilities to increase the market cap. I think we are in a holding/sideways pattern in both shares until the first stage is complete and orders are being sold.
