    Well, 5%+ share price drop said it all.

    The market said No already!!!

    I guess a few fund won't agree on it.

    I guess Stoke and associate will buy shares on market to prevent SEV shares drop further. If drop below $6.5, I guess the deal will be dead.

    Next couple of days will be critical.
