    Could not agree more. Where is corporate governance? Where is business ethics? ASIC should investigate this. If it is for one shareholder's benefit, who the rest should follow?

    As a shareholder, if I cannot repay my mortgage, should I merge my house with SEV to get the access of the $1b cash?
