What a great deal for kerry!,think about it,he removes the debt attached from Westrac and for a 32% cut in his private holding via ACE has his 48% SEV investment increased to 68% selling Westrac at his predetermined price whilst still maintaining control & allowing for:
1-greater leverage
2-a smooth transition to retirement3
3-redution in liabilities assocoitaed with KKR.
