I was, and am under the impression that a company needs to notify the ASX if and when it moves by 1% or more and/or it moves above and below 5%. That being the case why did westpac notify of selling by about .5%.

Are they trying to give the wrong impression of getting out, to buy cheaper? I doubt it. So what's the story? What have I missed?

On another matter, spoke to a translink executive here in Brisbane during the week, and was told progress is happening at last with Cubic and their smartcard implementation.
