I understand the creep rules murry but I'm afraid this time I think your off the mark.

Directors interest Vs Substantial holding ...two totally different things in my book and without a notice to the market from WGR this just isn't possible.

I know I'm new to HC and I don't want to ramble on but this idea of yours isn't creditable without disclosure from WGR.

The notice clearly states the purchaser as Mr Cook ..it only notes an indirect holding via WGR & MLX....

I enjoy all posts here but i don't think this mis-understanding is giving a clear view of the companies position in the boarder market
