I too was referring to En Attendant Godot.
Waiting for Godot is a 2 Act play in which Godot never arrives - hence my reference to Act III - maybe he/she does eventually arrive.
There are many theories on the significance of/who is Godot.  I selected the cyclist for a bit of fun
