Upstream is reporting that Pox is digging his heels in over Stanley. As a result, Repsol is unable to complete the sale of its PNG assets to Balang and the WLNG will be hamstrung when finance is needed. That's some way off. Repsol reported progress being made in talks with Pox but there is still no final outcome, What does Pox want? He won't win at arbitration but he has some blocking power and is using it to an unknown end.
