If you are of age then we are both aware that our time is precious nowadays to b concern with triviality.
i have an image on my mobile phone of an hourglass/ sandglass that measures the passage of time......tik...tok. in the event, i get upsets about something i glance at the image of sand ( time) pouring out to remind myself to stick to " The unbearable lightness of being " .
