Does KTD have a Market Cap of ~$30m or $80m?

From what i can see, there are currently 75,000,000 shares on issue @ $0.38/share = $28.9m MCAP. There are also 49,500,000 performance shares which were issues to the founders, which aren't currently trading;

3.2 EXCHANGE DEEDOn 1 April 2018, the Company entered into an exchange deed (Exchange Deed) with the current shareholders of Keytone toacquire 100% of the issued share capital of Keytone in consideration for the issue of an aggregate of 75,000,000 Shares and49,500,000 Performance Shares in the Company to the current shareholders of Keytone, such issue to be conditional upon,and to occur concurrently with the Company issuing the Shares under the Public Offer (the Exchange). The terms and conditionsof the Performance Shares to be issued pursuant to the Exchange are set out in Section 11.5.
