The terms of the farmin with Mitsui (previously Mittwell) were not disclosed due to other interested parties, but appear to involve covering some of the cost of the 2d seismic survey (http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/showSignalgDetail.do?issuerId=4581&announcementId=524077).
To be honest I thought the whole idea of the farmins was to practically free carry EPR through at least 1 well so, again, I say it all seems a little odd that are still trying to generate cash for the first well
