So right Rob, and also the market in general needs to get buyer confidence back because it isn't there with speculatives and we have seen it trickled down since 2007.
but time will change and interest rates here in AUD land will more than probably go up.
This to me will indicate some confidence in the economies of the world. Untill then ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
turn on my electric blanket it's starting to get cold here in Australia, down to 16 degrees shiver.
