Doubt it as that would have to be reported to the market to comply with asx listing rules.
Also if ASIC are investigating it doesn’t mean that the target of investigation is aware or it. As I’m sure the ASIC would want to build a big enough evidential case before they seek warrants for information pertaining to their investigation. If you read the complaint page on ASIC it give an idea of how complaints are played out.
With regards to some comments be aware of your obligation via the Terms of Use some fairly deflamatry statesments getting thrown around lately l and it may land you in hot water.
I’m surprised by the lack of query from ASX on downfall of stock price. Perhaps the slide hasn’t been outside of their volume and price range that triggers an alert. Perhaps a query has been sent sometimes they don’t come out imediatly. Also surprised that Carnegie haven’t been proactive and made a statement in response to the various articles to refute or confirm. Perhaps silence is the best approach till the dust settles. Put out some “business as usual” style announcements and slowly get things back on track.
It’s interesting to me that so many of the people bagging CCE currently aren’t shareholders. Some have never been on the forums previously. Some even bagging wise sages like megafauna (too bad he sold out). Perhaps you guys are trying to get the stock to a good price.... before buying in.
