If that can debt finance (which is what I was getting at) then that is obviously a massive win.
I haven't been watching closely enough to know all the details of who might be suitors but what you're saying makes sense. If you look at what most producers are trading at per resource ounce (even allowing for Africa discount) then this is worth well north of here and it looks like they are far from done.
Sentiment definitely isn't where it was a few years ago, but other than some Aussie producers a lot of goldies are well off their highs despite POG holding up fairly well. WAF talking $500-600 margins at current prices and studies done on $1,200/oz means volatility in POG should have very little effect (yet it will).
I will watch for a bottom.
