So the offer is A$1.5b for Lynas, a 44% premium to yesterday's price.
Even a 44% premium to our stock price would only have the market cap just above $50m.
Sounds like Wesfarmers might value the access to the phosphate for their fertilizer business. ARU also have shedloads of that.
