No surprises there. The watpac chairman has been involved in pacing and turf circles for decades in Brisbane. I'm sure it will be a good deal for Watpac and probably also for the clients. Watpac seem to have a keen eye for CBD, infill and strategic infrastructure projects and the turf clubs fit into the final category.The release of value is always at the forfront of their thinking,and they specialise in finding value in areas few others recognise. Also good at sticking to their knitting / knowledge and not getting too grandiose.
