From the seismic reports, it appears that there is exceptional amounts of gas and oil for excellent commercial availability.
However there is a lot of sandstone near the drill point and sometimes seismics reports are not 100% accurate.

Having said that, the drilling is less than half way and the actual results in the field are excellent. They are already getting gas and oil from the drill point. So can you imagine once they actually reach the desired depth.

Should be good times ahead.
