    An Implementation Deed has been signed by Platinum Australia and Jubilee Platinum plc to commence merger proceeding. While the Deed Administrator for Platinum Australia has released the company’s first half 2013 result. The profit and loss account has been knocked around, but the balance sheet retains real value.
