bought half a mil on the off chance. A pure spec but with the buying before this, there has been a big increase in volumne before this announcement. Those who where buying, its a little bit of loose lips and expectation of good news Make me think that a few more announcements are in the pipeline as it really wasn't going to run on 1 contract being placed. But place few more of these and the applications for this technology are limitless well worth the risk. But a reasonable clean out today and only 650 mil shares at these levels are insignificant. A few have been complaining about how high the MD is paid well if he brings in a few contracts like this, he might be just worth it.
