Isn't this the AGU forum, not GPN - in regards to the new options.

If the old crew get back in the 30% JV will not go ahead, as they will do more of what they have done in the past - issue more shares for no value ground. If they get back in you will know all about dilution.

I think the new crew are trying to something real for the company and it's shareholders, trying to obtain 30% of a real asset at grass roots start-up stage, where there could be heaps of iron ore.

I say vote for the current crew and vote out the old crew.
