In Australia the largest pumped hydro facility is a part of the Tumut Hydroelectric scheme in NSW. They are owned by Snowy Hydro Limited that I think used to be a listed company but is currently owned by the government. The pumped hydro portion is called Tumut 3 and is 1500MW.
