    I very much doubt the share price would drop to $2.40 after the capital return! Even before the announcement the share price was far higher than that! Especially with the positive sentiment surrounding the stock with its new focus on Sydney Airport (stock to become SYD) and it's relatively defensive characteristics, high div, growth potential etc.
