Why on earth would they suddenly be selling just as a "company making" deal was about to be completed?
Because they knew it might not happen...something they should have told the market instead of keeping it to themselves.
This kind of selling is blatant...these guys have to be treading on thin ice if you ask me.
Glad I kept away from it.
