What is the chance of Beach or Mitsui taking-over EPR and our shares converted to theirs???

Did I read it right in the Notice of General Meeting that John Cornelius and John Remfrey may be paid a parcel of shares if the resolution is passed? Did they really earn this considering the state of affairs EPR is currently in?

If EPR have no funds left and are broke, how are they going to pay for the paperwork and postage for all the letters to shareholders and voting/proxy forms for those that can't make it to the meeting in Melbourne?

Thanks be to the nerds for e-mail and the internet as this should save them a few bucks on postage. :)

Hopefully it's all resolved soon and we can move on.
