Because there is none!
Never has been.
I have never had a stock where the Board has been so secretive as PRT.
They are happy in their cocoon.
The ONLY communication with shareholders is when they are forced to by the ASX listing rules.
have a good read of the PRT presentations !
Oh wait, there aren't any.
Has anyone seen ANY indication as to just what avenues or opportunities PRT may have, once the Media rules are relaxed ???
We had about 7 Directors at one stage.
Now down to 5.
So just what do they all do?
Why does such a small company need 5 directors, when we have very expensive mgt in place?
Whilst we hear about the potential M&A of the likes of Southern Cross, APN etc, we never seem to hear PRT mentioned?
I have no doubt that Prime will be very much involved, because it is a good cash generating enterprise.
But it would be worthy of PRT to start beating the drum, get off their bums, and start promoting PRT.
Because once the media reforms get through parliament, any M&A deals involving PRT and others, will be broadly based on the SP !!
So the better the SP, the better the deal for shareholders of PRT.
