Oly , just got back from share hloders meeting in G'ton, Peter Oats and Mark Babidge started off a bit pessemisticly , mainly about slow state goverment approvals, but once that bad news was out of the way they got a bit happier, yes there is a capability to raise the ante to 365 megawatts but remember that they only have approval so far for 168 mw, centauri 1 will be built to accomodate any future expansion, they are also in talks with an Indian company to build an 134 mw power line of their own for approx a third of the price that western power could build one, might not have all the bells and whistles that western power could build but still good quality , think they stated this Indian company has built about 10.5 thousand kms of power lines thruout the middle east and asia minor with no quality problems, they also want to get the power station up and running asap but will not start building until a MOU is signed with some one like Gindalbi or Asia Iron, saying that, they won't start spending money on CSM projects until the power plant is pumping out money for us, there was also mention of floating another company to deal with the uranium and thorium, with enb share holders getting an inside track with some benefits, can't remember everything they said about that, all in all he was quite impressed with the midwest forum today, Kim Chance came instead of Carpenter , who apparently has broken a leg , Chance said that the government will make an positive announcement within the week so Babidge seems to be quite upbeat about that. Nearly sold today but after tonite will give it a bit longer prove up. cheers N.........
