Risks on upside: - mine/transport/plant capacity of 500 ton/day - combined AU-AG grade could lift to 18 g/t - POG could lift to $ 1600 AUD/Oz.

Risks on downside:- another mine accident - Indonesian regulatory problems - mine problems lowering grade/volumes - crushing/grinding/leeching problems - weather/geological issues. - POG dropping under $1400/oz.

# KRM will not likely pay tax this comming year because of costs accrued over the past 2 years.
* The mine hoist has a capacity of 500 tons/day and the plant can be upgraded to 500 ton/
day for a cost of $2mil. The three haul trucks have a capacity of 500+ ton/day capacity.

Hi All

New to KRM, and just completing DD.

What's everyone's thoughts on exploration potential? To me the relatively small resource at present seems to be the query (forestry approval aside).

I realise that being a low scale developer/producer with high margins mitigates the risk a lot, however low resource developers/producers seem to be less favoured in the market at present.

I've got AU resource mine life of approx 10 years which is decent, but current Inferred reserve = 120koz so only a 3 year extension.

Would appreciate the opinions of some current holders or anyone researching KRM.
