i have said it many times before, the co-producers of vanadium are the ones that have the cost advantage.

as for the cash, its a debt facility that they could have draw on, however, when they realised they needed more cash to finish off the project and couldnt get the capital raising done then they had no choice but to call in the administrators.

i think someone will come along and pick up the project after the equity holders have been clean out, someone always gets duded in these situations and its almost always the equity holders.
