That's a ridiculous statement. If the deal was done now and not announced till later, APG would be in direct breach of their continuous disclosure obligations to the ASX. Big no-no! No announcement = no deal. Simple. I'd love them to suprise us tomorrow but I've pretty much given up on this deal since i read "the guy they're waiting on to sign the contract is on holiday in France".
