I am pretty sure those were buyers the other day at 2 cents. It is only today traders are dumping options and not many at that. My guess it just a little bit of profit taking and minimising risk. It is most likely the people that are dumping today hold millions of them so in the scheme of things it is nothing. As others have said these are very tightly held so getting a large quantity is difficult. Hopefully things change once we get positive news.
