It's not uncommon to see speculative plays like this at this stage sitting at marketcaps of $100-$200mill. I think OEX is definitely suffering from history in that regard. All that means is that it presents greater risk/reward value as the typical speculative value has not been fully factored in. I remain cautiously optimisitc.
