IMO the market does not believe it was a fantastic success as demonstrated by the stagnant share price. Although I suspect some astute investors/traders are now realising the potential windfall of those options springing to life today.

So you can understand Blackhat's concerns when OEX is at a very critical stage they will want verification that it is the real deal this time as we could all lose a bundle of money and RM will be professionally ruined if he bugles this for a second time around.
