If you get the chance, read what Goldman Sachs has to say about QUB in its rerate from neutral to buy. A few comments/observations on my part: 1. As Basil Fawlty said,"...the Bleeding Obvious!" 2. their comments in many ways echo the thoughts put forward in several recent HC posts. (I wonder if they read them???) 3. their target price seems very conservative and not reflective of their bullish prose. 4. read the reasons (carefully) behind their sentiments because they are insightful IMO. PS - Corrigan was an investment banker with BT in an earlier life (I believe) which may explain his input re fees.
